We are looking for a weekend only line cook Friday-Sunday Duties Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist with menu planning and ingredient prep to streamline kitchen operations Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including knife skills and equipment upkeep Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food with precision and efficiency Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and excellent food presentation Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety standards, and restaurant procedures Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, especially in fine dining or catering environments Strong culinary experience with proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Skilled in food handling, knife skills, meal preparation, and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior kitchen experience with a focus on food service, restaurant operations, or culinary arts is highly desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
