This is a position for someone passionate about New York-style pizza, who takes pride in quality, and enjoys being part of a busy, team-oriented kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and cook NY and Sicilian-style pizza, Stromboli, and calzones Hand-stretch dough and ensure every pizza meets our quality standards Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times closely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety protocols at all times. Support food service operations by efficiently managing multiple orders during busy hours and practice effective communication with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications Proven experience in making hand-stretched NY-style pizza Brick oven experience is required Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices are essential. Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers and collaborating with staff. Available to work evenings and weekends.
