Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure food quality, taste, and portion consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen stations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations Assist with prep work, including chopping, measuring, and ingredient organization Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality standards Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing food deliveries Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Support overall kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes and sanitizing work areas as needed
