NIGHT GRILL & FRY
COOKOutcast Bar & Grill | Santa Rosa Beach, FL We're looking for a battle-tested Grill & Fry Cook to join our late-night crew at Outcast Bar & Grill. This is NOT an entry-level position. Our kitchen runs hard, our fry station runs even harder, and we're looking for someone who can keep up when the tickets start flying.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
You MUST be available to work until 2:00 AM. Not most nights. Not some nights. Every scheduled shift must be available through 2:00 AM. If you cannot consistently work until 2:00 AM, this is not the position for you.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years grill experience Minimum 2 years fry station experience Experience working in a high-volume kitchen Ability to stay organized and composed during heavy rushes Reliable transportation Weekend and holiday availability Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Ability to work independently while supporting the team
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Cooking burgers, sandwiches, wings, appetizers, and other menu items to Outcast standards Maintaining ticket times during high-volume service Keeping a clean, organized station throughout the shift Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver great food, fast
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who doesn't panic when the board fills up. Someone who knows how to hustle without sacrificing quality. Someone who takes pride in their station, works clean, and shows up ready to work. If you're a seasoned cook who can handle volume, pressure, and late nights, we want to talk to you.
