Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast offerings or improvements to existing dishes Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality and consistency throughout service Handle food ingredients with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Support catering or special event meal preparations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide roles is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, fine dining standards, and catering operations Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary talents to life in a lively environment where quality food and exceptional service are at the heart of everything we do!
