Job Description:
Our Bakery and Cafe(Near Brandon) is looking for a Part time Prep Cook or Line Cook with Experience (M-Sat, 10am-3pm, no Wed) Brandon 33619. As a Prep Cook/Line Cook, you will support our culinary team in preparing and serving delicious dishes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks Assist baker in baking pastries and other bakery items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures at all times Perform different responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the US Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant kitchen Familiarity with Asian cooking techniques and ingredients preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed
