$18/hour Farm & Flame is seeking a skilled and dependable Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. We focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and scratch-made dishes prepared with precision and consistency. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meats, seafood, and other menu items according to restaurant standards Operate and maintain grill stations during service Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented consistently Assist with food preparation and station setup before service Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous grill cook or line cook experience preferred Knowledge of cooking temperatures, grilling techniques, and food safety practices Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
