Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly-motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A strong personal commitment is necessary to complete the training process. The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing, assembling, and cooking pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards. This role ensures every pizza is crafted with care, maintains consistency in flavor and presentation, and upholds kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency during service hours.
Job Duties:
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following standardized recipes and portion guidelines. Stretch, toss, and shape pizza dough to desired size and thickness. Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control across all pizzas served. Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness. Clean and sanitize workstations, ovens, utensils, and prep areas in compliance with food safety standards. Support the kitchen team during peak hours with prep, plating, and other culinary tasks as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 1 year of experience, but not required as we do in-house training. Excellent time management and teamwork skills. Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
