The new Winter Park location of your favorite hand-roll spot. Sushi Saint Winter Park, located in the same building as our Michelin one star restaurant Soseki, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by chef Michael Collantes. Sushi Saint features creative cocktails, local beers, unique and rare sake and wines by the glass. Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our award-winning culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a small team environment, and is eager to grow their skills in a focused, fine-dining setting.
Responsibilities:
Execute prep and service with accuracy and consistency Follow recipes and plating guidelines as directed by the Chef Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Collaborate with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure smooth service Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices Contribute to a respectful and positive kitchen culture
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or Japanese cuisine preferred) Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Excellent communication and time-management skills Passion for learning and a commitment to excellence Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
