The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong background in food service, with experience in the food industry, culinary techniques, and leading kitchen operations. This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas and supporting overall restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and variety Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools Support food preparation tasks such as dough making, chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers or dining areas Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and presentation Assist with catering events or special functions as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred Previous experience in pizza restaurant kitchen as a person leading others in kitchen. Familiarity with dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety protocols Strong knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques Experience in fine dining or the food industry is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering delicious pizza and exceptional service.
