We're seeking passionate Sushi Cooks to join us in creating an exciting dining experience that blends traditional sushi craftsmanship with innovative Japanese-American fusion cuisine.

The Role:

As a Sushi Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, responsible for:

Preparing fresh sushi, nigiri, rolls, and other Japanese specialties with precision and careMaintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and food safetyCollaborating with the kitchen team to execute our menu during busy service periodsContributing to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environmentTaking pride in your craft and continuously honing your sushi-making skills
