Duties Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, waffle mix, breakfast meats, and other hot dishes with precision and flair Follow standardized recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality in every plate served Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety standards and sanitation procedures Assist in meal planning by preparing ingredients in advance and coordinating with team members for efficient service Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients to minimize waste Support catering requests or special dietary needs as required, ensuring all meals meet quality standards Serve breakfast dishes promptly while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation techniques, and fine dining standards Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food storage procedures Experience in catering or serving in a restaurant environment is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join our team as a Breakfast Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
