We take pride in our culinary team and offer a positive, supportive work culture where you can grow. Role Overview We are looking for reliable and skilled Line Cooks to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, operating standard kitchen equipment, cooking meals to recipe standards, and plating dishes accurately.
Key Responsibilities Preparation:
Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prep ingredients before and during service.
Execution:
Cook and plate food to order quickly, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.
Sanitation:
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized prep station, complying strictly with food safety codes.
Teamwork:
Communicate clearly with the Lead Cook, expediters, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Inventory:
Help with daily inventory checks and product rotation. Qualifications & Requirements [1-2] years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong knife skills Strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards Knowledge of various cooking methods (sautéing, grilling, frying, etc.). Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [e.g., 50 pounds]. Passion for food, a strong work ethic, and ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
