Job Description

The Cook is responsible to plan, prepare, and serve balanced meals and snacks that meet the nutritional and medical needs (by provider documentation) for up to 53 children per day, plus staff. The cook oversees all kitchen operations, keeping it clean and sanitary at all times, ensures all food preparation, storage, and cleaning is in accordance with
DECAL & CACFP.
The Cook supports the Center's philosophy and policies to maintain a standard of care that contributes to excellence. Areas for CSA Cook are typically: 7AM-1:30PM Monday-Friday. 118 Herron St. Fort
