Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking skilled and passionate cooks to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. Your expertise in food preparation and handling will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Previous Huddle House or similar experience is preferred. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and taste. Maintain cleanliness and organization kitchen areas. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering services as needed. Skills Proven experience . Strong knowledge of culinary techniques. Familiarity with food preparation, handling, and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Previous experience in dining establishments is preferred.
