• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary Prepares, stretches, tops, and cooks pizzas in a high-temperature wood-fired oven while maintaining Southern Fired Foods quality standards.

Responsibilities Operate wood-fired oven safely Rotate and manage oven temperatures Maintain fast ticket times Prep ingredients and restock station Keep work area clean and organized Follow dough and pizza SOPs Requirements Food service experience preferred Ability to work near high heat Strong sense of urgency Team-oriented mindset Comfortable with repetitive production work Kitchen/bakery/pizza experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs Attention to detail and consistency Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours) Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Must maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards Must possess or be able to obtain a food handler certification Ability to follow recipes, SOPs, and safety procedures exactly Dependable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to safely use knives, kitchen equipment, and cleaning chemicals Ability to bend, reach, squat, and climb as needed Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be drug free, and also smoke free during working hours Willingness to assist in all areas of operations as needed (prep, dishes, cleaning, stocking, etc.)
