JOB SUMMARY

Prepare food and provide dining hall service to support the Cook

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with Food Service, including but not limited to: Preparation, serving, and clean-up of all meals Cookout packing Dishwashing process Follow ACA and Camp guidelines while meeting ServSafe criteria Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Other duties as requested by the Head Cook or Food Service Coordinator Good interpersonal skills Ability to communicate clearly Experience in food service or related experience Current ServSafe certification in food service and sanitation preferred Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate responsibility and punctuality Ability to stand for an extended period of time Ability to lift 25 pounds Must be able to complete & clear a Criminal and Sex Offender background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
