Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation. Assist in menu planning and development by providing input on seasonal offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Team player with good communication skills.
