In this energetic role, you'll be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining experience, ensuring that every dish is prepared, plated, and delivered with precision and flair. Your enthusiasm for food service, combined with your culinary skills, will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Plate food attractively and efficiently to meet service timelines while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, garnishing, and portioning ingredients to support the kitchen team. Support the front-of-house team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with health regulations and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and address any special requests or dietary needs. Uphold excellent customer service by providing friendly, prompt assistance to guests when needed. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus. Experience in food preparation, plating, or banquet service will be highly valued. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is essential. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and ensure guest satisfaction. Background in hospitality or hotel settings can be advantageous but is not required. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
