Duties Prepare, season, and cook a variety of grilled menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding work areas, following food safety protocols. Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling and storage procedures to prevent contamination. Support food service operations by efficiently preparing meals during busy hours while maintaining consistency. Use knife skills effectively for trimming, slicing, and portioning ingredients needed for grilling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold high standards of presentation. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Strong skills in meal preparation, food industry standards, and culinary techniques including grilling and knife skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on delivering exceptional food service and supporting colleagues.
