We are a fast-paced sports bar and restaurant focused on serving great food, maintaining quality, and creating a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards Cook menu items accurately and consistently Follow proper portion sizes, presentation standards, and food quality guidelines Set up and stock kitchen stations before and during service Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, cook lines, coolers, and storage areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Assist with daily prep lists, restocking, and kitchen cleaning duties Communicate with kitchen leads, FOH staff, and management as needed Work as a team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner Help maintain a professional, respectful, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:

Previous kitchen, prep, or line cook experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen procedures Strong attention to detail and food quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as needed Evening and weekend availability preferred
