Prep cook (Bread and Pizza) The American Pasta Factory - 3.0 Roswell, GA Job Details Part-time $11 - $14 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid training Employee discount Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Bread making Pre-cooking preparation No experience needed Food preparation Full Job Description Part-Time Prep Cook — Pizza & Bread (Mon-Wed, 3pm-8:30pm) The American Pasta Factory, a fast-casual pasta concept in Roswell GA, is hiring a dependable part-time Prep Cook for our pizza and bread program.
This is a set schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 3pm to 8:30pm. Same shifts every week. We take pride in handcrafting fresh food in-house daily, and no experience is required — we'll teach you everything, from making our pizza dough to baking our fresh bread. What we're really looking for is someone reliable and responsible who can follow tight procedures and takes pride in doing prep the right way, every time.
What You'll Do:
Learn to prepare and portion our pizza dough Learn to mix, proof, and bake our fresh bread Prep and stock ingredients for service Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked Follow all recipes, portioning, and food safety procedures precisely Help out around the kitchen as needed during the dinner rush
What We're Looking For:
Reliably available Monday-Wednesday, 3pm-8:30pm Reliable, responsible, and able to follow tight procedures consistently A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Eager to learn dough handling and baking techniques Comfortable using knives, kitchen utensils, and hot/cold equipment Reliable transportation At least 18 years old, legally able to work in the US Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
