Duties Prepare and serve a variety of meals and snacks according to established recipes and menu plans Assist with menu planning to meet dietary needs and preferences, ensuring balanced nutrition and appealing presentation Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout the food handling process Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, and food preparation tools Support food preparation activities such as chopping, cooking, plating, and portioning meals with precision Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and inventory management in compliance with health regulations Provide excellent customer service by serving food courteously and addressing dietary requests or concerns Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry or culinary settings Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Skilled in meal preparation techniques, including knife skills and catering experience if applicable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with menu planning and fine dining practices is a plus Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service Embark on a fulfilling career where your culinary talents make a meaningful difference!
