Job Description

Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and other beverage items according to established recipes and quality standards Wash, peel, cut, and portion fruits and vegetables for daily juice production Perform general kitchen prep including washing and cutting produce, preparing sauces, dressings, spreads, proteins, and other ingredients as directed Accurately follow recipes, prep lists, and production schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency Maintain proper food storage, labeling, dating, and rotation procedures (FIFO) Operate juicing equipment, blenders, food processors, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, prep areas, and storage areas according to food safety standards Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and receiving deliveries as needed Support overall kitchen operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in food service, kitchen prep, food production, or the food industry is preferred Ability to safely handle food and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Basic knife skills and experience preparing fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must obtain and pass a Food Handler Certification course and provide a valid Food Handler Card on or before the first day of work Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist wherever needed
