Pay:
From $17.34-$19.29/hour depending on experience

We are seeking high energy, creative culinary professionals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional experiences to all guests. Prep Cooks must have knowledge of cooking techniques & procedures, kitchen equipment, and kitchen operational systems. Prep Cooks must have the ability to work and communicate well with others, work both independently and in a team, follow directions, as well as maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company. Prep Cooks must also maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code, and support the company culture, values, goals and mission. Our Cooks are essential to delivering safe, consistent, and high-quality food to our guests. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Knife skills and basic cooking techniques required Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation methods, and safe food handling practices Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and standardized procedures TB Clearance required (or ability to obtain prior to employment) Must comply with all company policies and requirements Desired Work Experience Previous culinary experience in a high-volume food establishment, restaurant, or prepared foods operation Experience working as a Prep Cook or similar role Familiarity with fast-paced kitchen environments and production cooking Responsibilities & Abilities preparing raw ingredients for use during kitchen service maintaining product quality standards observe and enforce company standard operating procedures ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed assisting with utility and cooking duties as necessary providing excellent customer service Physical Requirements Must be able to work in various temperature environments (hot, cold, wet, and dry) Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work Benefits These are hourly positions and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/drug/vision insurance and retirement benefits.
