Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Support menu planning by preparing ingredients for upcoming service periods Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments is preferred Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques are essential Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in restaurants or the food industry demonstrates valuable kitchen expertise Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
