We are looking for cooks who are passionate about scratch cooking, teamwork, consistency, and doing things the right way. What You Will Do Prepare and cook menu items according to Monkeypod Kitchen recipes and standards Execute high-volume service while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation Assist with prep, station setup, and breakdown Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Work collaboratively with the culinary and dining room teams to support smooth and efficient service Monkeypod Kitchen is an award-winning, upscale casual restaurant dedicated to mastering the craft of food, drink, and merrymaking. Our kitchen is built on scratch cooking, fresh island fish, hand-tossed pizzas from our kiawe wood-burning oven, and house-made desserts prepared daily. Ingredients are thoughtfully selected to support sustainability, local communities, and environmental responsibility. Wages advertised are inclusive of base pay plus tips. Previous line cook experience is required. Hospitality is a year-round business, and our restaurant is open 364 days a year.
