Line Cook (PM Shift)

Doraku Sushi Kapolei is seeking a dependable and motivated PM Shift Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while supporting smooth evening dinner service operations. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who works well under pressure, values teamwork, and takes pride in food quality and consistency. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards Assist with prep work, station setup, stocking, and closing duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to support efficient service Monitor product quality and help minimize food waste Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory as needed Qualifications Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred Join the Doraku Sushi team and grow your hospitality career in a collaborative, energetic restaurant environment.
