Our facility provides compassionate care to skilled nursing, long term care, and rehab residents and patients. We are looking for an experienced individual who can help create delicious and nutritious meals that contribute to the well-being of our residents. Shift is 4am - 1pm

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary requirements. Assist in planning and directing food preparation when necessary. Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines. Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook or prep cook, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
