Typical shifts would be 7 am to 3 pm, or until the prep is finished. We are needing help Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday currently. We could hire full time or part time. Responsibilities would include slicing meats, dicing produce, cutting meats, cutting produce, shredding cheeses, cooking meats to the correct temperature, labeling correctly with dates and products, sanitizing thoroughly to be clean as well as prevent cross contamination, portioning product. Cross training can be a part of responsibility as well which could include helping with dishes from time to time, or helping cook on the line in the mornings or during lunch if able.
