Shift:

Responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service Ensure food is prepared and plated in a timely and consistent manner Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times Assist with preparation of soups, stocks, sauces, and daily specials Support banquet and outlet production as needed Monitor inventory and communicate needs to kitchen leadership Work collaboratively with culinary team members to ensure smooth service Assist with minimizing food waste and maximizing product usage Follow all safety and kitchen procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that delivers great food and experiences.

Ideal candidates will have:

Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous culinary, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
