Duties Assist with dietary department activities, including meal planning and food preparation tailored to specific dietary needs Prepare, cook, and serve meals following established recipes and safety protocols Handle food with proper techniques to maintain freshness, safety, and quality standards Support catering events by preparing and serving food in a professional manner Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and monitoring expiration dates Provide excellent food service by serving meals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience preferred Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Skills in menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary requirements Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking tools Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members Basic understanding of the food industry, culinary techniques, and catering operations Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in a vibrant environment where your skills make a meaningful difference.
