RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare food items for the current meal. Place hot food items on cart to go upstairs to steam table. Place items on steam table and take and record temps Serve lunch to Small Dining Room, Room Trays then Large Dining Room After lunch, remove pans from Steam Table, wash steam table and bring pans down to be washed Start prep for next meal Check menu for next day to see what needs to be pulled from freezer Take food temps and record Do daily cleaning by following posted cleaning schedule Sweep and mop work area before going home, lock all doors and place keys in locker We offer a great total compensation package including: Competitive Salaries Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Company-paid Long-Term Disability 401k Retirement Plan with 4% company match PTO plus 3 EXTRA

REQUIREMENTS
