Job Description

PM Broil Cook 32-40 hours per week This job is for
BROIL:
applicant must be experienced in high volume restaurant kitchens specifically with ability to operate the following kitchen equipment: Broiler, Deep Fryers, Convection Ovens, etc. Ability to work broiler station in a busy steakhouse, visually identify all cuts of meat, understanding of steak temperatures and the ability to cook all steaks to proper doneness.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of sanitation and health code requirements. Ability to work in a fast pace environment, multitask and remain cool under pressure. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, reach, bend, work safely in varying temperature and noise environments, communicate clearly, work clean and have fun. Pay will depend on experience, available benefits include 401k plan, direct deposit, paid vacation after 1 year, employee discount
