- Prepare and cook meals according to banquet event orders and menu specifications
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedure
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed ```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a banquet or catering setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent knife skills for food preparation
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
