Maintain kitchen equipment and utensil operation with minimal supervision. Follow established recipe and menu guidelines. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation daily. Cleaning of all kitchen equipment daily. (The Lead Cook should be a position of leadership and help all aspects that a Chef D' Cuisine or Sous Chef needs on a day to day basis. A Lead Cook should have all the aspirations to become Sous Chef as a stepping stone to Chef D' Cuisine. A Lead Cook must show all qualities of a Sous Chef to maintain the highest standards and work hands on with the Sous Chefs and Chef D' Cuisine Prior restaurant cooking experience required. Ability to obtain a license through the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, which is arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment.
