In this role, you will be working 2-3 dinner service shifts between the days of Tuesday and Saturday, mainly Friday and Saturday and typically beginning anywhere from 12pm to 5pm and ending anywhere from around 7pm-10pm. Pay is entirely based on your experience! This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, learn new cooking methods in a made from scratch kitchen from an experienced chef, and grow with a growing and thriving establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established recipes, guidelines, and safety standards. Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, cooking, and plating with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Help with daily cleaning and opening or closing responsibilities. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to prevent contamination or spoilage Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, friendly service that enhances the dining experience Requirements Previous experience is highly preferred Must typically be available on weekends Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team first mentality.
