As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards of our restaurant. Your expertise in food handling and culinary skills will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and ensure efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food storage and handling practices. Assist in the training of new kitchen staff, sharing knowledge of culinary techniques and safety protocols. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Familiarity with food service sanitation standards and food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Pay will be based on experience
