About The Original Mongolian BBQ Authentic Mongolian barbecue with gluten-free options and dietary accommodations. Locally owned and family operated since 1997. Position Overview The Original Mongolian BBQ is hiring Cook / Kitchen Team Members for a stable, long-term kitchen position. Hands-on kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided for reliable individuals who are consistent, fast learners, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced kitchen. This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with grill cooking, food prep, dishwashing, and cleaning duties while maintaining timing and task discipline in a busy kitchen. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available (up to 40 hours / 4 days per week) Weekly schedules provided in advance Evening and weekend availability required Stable, predictable shifts based on availability Responsibilities Food preparation and grill operation Assisting guests with bowl building Dishwashing, mopping, and general kitchen cleaning Cleaning floors, equipment, and maintaining sanitation standards Following food safety procedures and supporting a consistent kitchen workflow Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment Strong time management skills (complete tasks efficiently while following instructions) Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on kitchen and cleaning tasks Positive attitude and team mindset Prior kitchen or fast-paced food service experience is a plus Compensation $13-$16/hr depending on experience and role Tips shared among kitchen staff Paid training provided Stable and consistent weekly hours Why Join Us?
