The right candidate will be reliable, consistent, clean, and care about our great food. Responsibilities Prepare all menu items according to Matty G's standards — consistent quality, correct build, and proper portioning Maintain a clean and organized line, including daily side work and deep-clean extras when assigned Communicate clearly with teammates to keep ticket times fast and smooth Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures — proper labeling, storage, and temperature checks Ensure all items are stocked, labeled, and ready before and after each shift Take pride in food presentation — every menu item should represent the Matty G's quality Assist with prep work, restocking, and organizing walk-in and line areas as needed Support other team members and keep a positive, professional attitude — even when it's busy Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or fast-paced kitchen position required (burger or grill experience is a plus) Strong multitasking and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard — especially during busy rushes Knowledge of basic food safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
