Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station throughout your shift Assist with food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders Help with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage hygiene Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to execute menu planning and special catering requests Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service environments is highly desirable Strong culinary skills including knife techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience in restaurant or kitchen settings demonstrating proficiency in cooking and food industry operations Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork, communication, and serving skills Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and food presentation techniques is a plus Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a real impact!
