If so, Houston TX Hot Chicken is the place for you. Are you ready to get down with some spicy chicken sandwiches? Starting pay for Line Cook will range from $12-$13 dollars per hour. In addition, staff will also have the ability to collect tips weekly
AVERAGEING
$2.50-$3.50 MORE AN HOUR!! You'll be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. You will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
  • Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Prepare menu items from all steps which include ○ Flouring Chicken, Frying Chicken, Seasoning Chicken, etc.
  • Build/cook menu items based on company provided build instructions ○ Sandwiches, salads, other menu items etc.
  • Work as a team to keep ticket times within the HHC threshold.
  • Report to the kitchen manager / general manager and follow instructions.
  • Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
  • Stock inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
