Full Job Description About Us:
Dusty Rose Reserve is a vibrant bar and grill known for our craft beers and delicious American-style cuisine. We are committed to providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience and are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Cook to join our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a diverse menu of dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new and seasonal menu items. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Participate in the training of new kitchen staff and assist in their development. Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner during busy service periods. Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Food Handler's certification is a plus.
