The food hall brings multiple concepts together under one roof, but the focus stays the same across the board: quality, consistency, and execution. Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, following recipes and presentation standards Maintain proper par levels and mise en place for assigned station Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of your station at all times Properly handle and store food in accordance with food safety guidelines Communicate proactively with BOH managers regarding inventory, prep needs, and any issues Collaborate with Chefs and fellow cooks to ensure efficient kitchen operations Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Ability to work in fast paced environment Strong attention to detailBENFITS:
