They operate multiple restaurants across the country. Boulevard Food and Drink Hall is a fast paced, team oriented food hall concept built around variety, quality, and consistency. Partnering with Lucky Goat, Urban Belly, Antique Taco, Tabo Sushi, Five50 Pizza, Dailies, and Pretty Cool Ice Cream. The food hall brings multiple concepts together under one roof, but the focus stays the same across the board: quality, consistency, and execution. Our team is involved, present, and focused on building a kitchen culture where standards are clear and the team takes pride in the work.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, following recipes and presentation standards Maintain proper par levels and mise en place for assigned station Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of your station at all times Properly handle and store food in accordance with food safety guidelines Communicate proactively with BOH managers regarding inventory, prep needs, and any issues Collaborate with Chefs and fellow cooks to ensure efficient kitchen operations Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Ability to work in fast paced environment Strong attention to detail Prepare and cook menu items including: Dumplings Ramen dishes Noodle dishes Rice bowls and composed plates Korean fried chicken and sides Follow recipes and plating standards exactly to maintain consistency Execute dishes quickly and accurately during peak service Wok experience
