They operate multiple restaurants across the country. Boulevard Food and Drink Hall is a fast paced, team oriented food hall concept built around variety, quality, and consistency. Partnering with Lucky Goat, Urban Belly, Tabo Sushi, Five50 Pizza, Dailies, and Pretty Cool Ice Cream. The food hall brings multiple concepts together under one roof, but the focus stays the same across the board: quality, consistency, and execution. Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, following recipes and presentation standards Maintain proper par levels and mise en place for assigned station Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of your station at all times Properly handle and store food in accordance with food safety guidelines Communicate proactively with BOH managers regarding inventory, prep needs, and any issues Collaborate with Chefs and fellow cooks to ensure efficient kitchen operations Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Sushi Preparation and Execution Nigri Maki rolls & hand rolls Crispy sushi rice with torched tartare Slice and portion raw fish with precision and consistency Properly season and prepare sushi rice Fish handling and knife work Maintain strict standards for freshness, quality, and presentation Execute clean, consistent cuts for sashimi-grade productsBENEFITS
