Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bar Kitchen Cook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced bar environment and can handle high-volume service. The right candidate will be reliable, efficient, and able to work independently during busy shifts.

DAYS NEEDED

:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook bar menu items consistently and efficiently Operate TurboChefs and other kitchen equipment Maintain speed and quality during peak bar hours Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Keep kitchen, prep areas, and storage clean and organized Assist with prep, inventory, and restocking as needed Communicate effectively with bartenders and front-of-house staff Close down kitchen properly at end of shift

Requirements:

Previous bar or restaurant kitchen experience required Ability to work nights, weekends, and late hours Strong time-management and multitasking skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Food Handler Certificate required (or ability to obtain)

Experience:

Experience is a must.
