BASIC PURPOSE
The Line Cook/Prep Cook would assist the Executive Chef with preparing banquet meals as well as working the line for the restaurant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working the line for the restaurant will be required Assist with prepping and executing banquet menus from BEOs Follow regulations regarding food safety and cleanliness. Nights, weekends and holidays may be required. Comply with all Company and Brand Standards. Perform other duties as needed to achieve hotel goals and guest satisfaction.
Skills and abilities:
Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and maintain positive relationships with all departments.
