Job Description

White County Rehab and Nursing is hiring a Part-Time Cook to join our dietary team. This role offers consistent hours with the potential to move into a full-time position .
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.28 per hour
Responsibilities:
Prepare meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines Ensure all meals are served correctly based on resident diets Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety procedures Coordinate with nursing and dietary staff as needed Assist with food prep and service as required
Qualifications:
Previous cook or dietary experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Experience in a healthcare or nursing facility is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong communication and reliability This is a direct hire position - no agency involvement.
