Jun 18, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details Armitage Alehouse, a part of Hogsalt, is looking for dedicated and experienced Full Time Broiler Cook ($23-$27/hour) to join our team! The Broiler Cook role is responsible for grilling, broiling and searing meats over high heat. This role requires attention to detail to ensure consistent temperature and quality. This role will need to be accustom to working in a high volume kitchen, have excellent communication skills & ability to work alongside high heat equipment. 2 years of broiler station experience required. At least 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude. Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stooping. Ability to warm in high heat and warm environments, in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment.Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies, ensuring proper inventory control. Oversee and maintain broiler station in kitchen. Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index, ensuring food quality and time standards are always met. Maintain a high level of communication, understand the verbiage for call backs of menu items, and keep lines of dialogue open and relevant to service. Answer, report to, and follow instructions and direction from Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or other leadership. Properly clean and break down station at the end of service, ensuring all food handling and food storage standards are met. Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations at all times. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, leadership, vendors, and guests.. Hogsalt is not your typical restaurant group.
